Charlotte joined Redstone after graduating from Yale University, where she majored in Global Affairs. Through her coursework focused in Global Affairs and computer science, she is interested in how public policy can regulate technology use to make it more ethical and equitable. She is also invested in deeper questions about how to reinvigorate American grassroots communities and social capital structures, in order to protect liberal democracy.

She enjoys contributing to strong community building wherever she goes. At Yale, she led freshmen outdoor orientation backpacking trips, and was also a captain for the women’s club soccer team. Further, as someone passionate about empowering women to have more ownership over their bodies, she served as a Community Health Educator (CHE) for three years, during which time she taught sex education workshops in New Haven public schools.

In her free time, Charlotte likes camping and hiking in the outdoors, reading fiction, and sweet potato waffle fries.
