Background
Cordelia joined Redstone from Step Up, a mentoring organization, focused on introducing social emotional learning and opportunities for career practice for teen girls and young adults. In her role, she led the national engagement effort and implementation of the organization’s strategic plan at a local and national level. During her tenure with the organization, she also led Step Up’s regional fundraising, board governance, and external relations. Prior to her work at Step Up, Cordelia spent a significant portion of her career in the education and public service sector working with Leading Educators, KIPP New Orleans Schools and Accenture.
Previously, Cordelia was a member of the Broad Residency in Urban Education, a program that places professionals into management roles in carefully selected education organizations
Cordelia lives in Dallas, TX where she is a very active and involved community member. In her free time, she enjoys travel, golf, tennis and cheering on her nieces and nephews at their academic and athletic activities.
